When will my order ship? 

Each piece is hand crafted just for you. As a small business, please allow up to 5 business days for your pieces to be made and mailed. Please note that production time may vary during new collection releases and holidays. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free domestic standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

What is your exchange policy?

While we don’t accept returns, we’re happy to exchange your unworn jewelry! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date.

To get started, email us at hello@beebiela.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We’ll send you an exchange form to include with your return package.

Once we receive your return package, we will process your exchange as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. The customer is required to cover the shipping costs for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped back to you.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Because each piece is made just for you, we begin crafting it the moment your order is placed—so we're unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns. We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for letting us create something one-of-a-kind and meaningful just for you!
